Selecting the right person (DJ / MC) to help you plan your event is the most important decision you will make in determining its success. Below is a short outline of what you can expect from us in preparation for this special day! We have learned that taking the necessary time to plan is paramount in creating a fun and exciting stress free day for you and your guests!

For The Ceremony

For the ceremony, we create a outline called an "Event Sequence" to plan music for the many different segments, such as the Prelude, the Pre-Processional, the Processional, the Brides Entrance, the Ceremony, the lighting of the Unity Candle, the Recessional, and the Interlude / Postlude / Cocktail Or Champagne Hour.

For The Reception

Four to six weeks before the wedding we consult with the bride and groom to go over the ceremony/reception format. We also call them within the week before the wedding to go over any last minute details that may arise.

Before the event starts, an "Event Sequence" & "Timeline" with all the events is provided for the any vendors that may need one. This insures all the vendors know when things are going to happen. This is especially important to the photographer, and Videographer, but insures everybody is on the same page.
